The four-lifting loops bags are used for storage, stiffing and transporting of food stuff (dried milk, coffee, seeds etc.), pharmaceutical products, construction materials, ore, concentrates, inert materials, powder compounds etc.

Our bags guarantee maximum protection and purity of the contained material, since they have been manufactured in compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001 and HASP.                                   

They are easy to manipulate with fork lifts, cranes and other lifting machinery.
The range of sizes and load capacities depend on the customers’ requirements: from 600 kg up to 2000 kg.
They have been manufactured by extrusion of 100% virgin РР granulate, UV-stabilized.
The dust- or the water proof of the bag is guaranteed by laminating of the fabric with a РР or РЕ film, or with the accomplishing with inner РР/РЕ envelope. 

Body construction:
- 4 side panels, open top/lid and bottom;
- U panel and 2 side panels open top/ lid and bottom;

The bag body is shaped via sawing with safety seam on chain stitch machine and overlogue in order to achieve maximum strength and flexibility of the seam.

- With 4 inner baffles for better stability of the bag when charged.
- With Dust Proof Seams and fastening band along all seams. 

Lid construction:
- Open top / without lid – used for bulk materials such as ore, coal, sand, fire wood, facing stones, felt etc.;
- F/S Filling spout
- Skirt              

Bottom construction:
- Flat bottom / Square bottom;
- Rectangular bottom;
- Bottom with D/S Discharge spout (simple closer; with protective valve; with РVC discharging valve; with additional protective bottom);
- Double bottom;

Inner РР/РЕ envelope:
Manufactured by meeting all requirements for purity of the material, due to the fact it comes into contact with the food stuff or pharmaceutical products contained.
