This type of Big-Bags provides excellent possibilities for packing, stiffing and transporting of synthetic  fertilizers, cement, nutrients for fish farms and other industrial applications where mechanic or automatic filling is applied.

The broad range of sizes and load capacities (from 500 kg up to 3000 kg per bag) allows us to meet any requirements of our eventual customers for such type of packages. The one-lifting loop bag allow for simultaneous loading on a truck, wagon or ship of 6 to 8 bags with a single manipulation. This, respectively, saves time and costs.

Depending on the material contained, the bags might be accomplished with water-proof inner РЕ/РР envelope.

The Filling Spouts and the Discharging Spouts, as well as the bag bottom are being customer-made.

Body construction – round, cylindrical-shaped fabric of 100% high-quality РР virgin granulate, UV resistant;

Filling Spout:
 -attached to the bag lid;
 -attached directly to the bag opening;
 -Skirt.

Bottom construction:
  -square bottom;
  -double bottom;
  -star base;
  -simple seams.

Discharge Spout:
  -simple D/S -  attached directly to the bag bottom;
  -D/S with protective valveс;
  -D/S with additional protective bottom;

Inner liner:
  -type Elephant;
  -bottle neck, or double bottle;
  -cylinder.
